Highly-regarded middleweight contender Dennis Kang will make his long awaited UFC debut on January 17th, when he takes on Alan “The Talent” Belcher on the televised portion of UFC 93 at the O2 in Dublin, Ireland.

Also added to the UFC 93 main card is the long-awaited welterweight showdown between Marcus “The Irish Hand Grenade” Davis and Chris “Lights Out” Lytle, and a middleweight bout between submission specialist Rousimar Palhares and former UFC title challenger Jeremy Horn.

UFC 93 is headlined by a light heavyweight bout pitting Rich Franklin against Dan Henderson and the rematch between Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and UFC Hall of Famer Mark “The Hammer” Coleman. Tickets to the event are sold out, but the show can be viewed on pay-per-view television.

In recently confirmed bouts on the off-TV portion of the card, Italian light heavyweight Ivan Serati will step into the Octagon for the first time against Poland’s Tomasz Drwal, Germany’s Dennis Siver takes on the United States’ Nate Mohr in a lightweight battle, and Dublin’s own Thomas Egan squares off against Brighton, England’s John Hathaway in a clash of unbeaten welterweights.
